to Decatur County in 1940, and has been a resident of
Indianapolis since 2003.
Military Service: He was a Veteran having served with the US Army during WW
II with the
12th Armored Division in the 714th Tank Battalion in the
European Theater
Occupation: He was
owner and operator with his father of Ball and Son Welding.
He retired in 2003 after 57 years.
