Education: He graduated from New Point High School and Indiana College of Mortuary Science.

Military Service: He was a Veteran of WW2 having served overseas with the US Army.

Occupation: Mr. Bass has been a licensed funeral director since 1958.
                 
He and his wife Mary, owned and operated the Bass Funeral
Home 
                    in Westport, until January 1985.
