Residential: She was born and raised in Shelby County.
                  She has been a Decatur County resident since 1944.

Education: She graduated from Burney High School in 1933.

Memberships: Hi Nabor Home Ec. Club

                     She was the 1st President of Decatur County Extension Board

                     Member of the Sardinia Baptist Church where she has taught Sunday School 
                        for many years and was a member of the Mission Circle.

                     Past Worthy Matron of Order of Eastern Star #183 at North Vernon.

                     Representative to the State of Maryland for the Order of the Eastern Star.

                     Representative to the Greensburg Rainbow Girls # 55 from the Alert OES # 520.

                     Volunteer at the Decatur Co. Fair

                     Former officer in the Decatur County Porkettes.
