Residential: He was born and raised in Whitesburg, Kentucky.
                       He has been a Grammer resident since 1959.

Education: He graduated from the Whitesburg High School in 1954.

Military Service: He was a Veteran having served with the US Army during the Korean War.

Occupation: Minister of the Community Baptist Church at Columbus for the past 40 years.                 

                      He retired from Cummins Engine Company in 1987 after 28 years of service. 

Hobbies: He enjoyed playing the guitar and singing.

Marriage to: Iva Dean Boggs
