Residential: He was born and raised in Johnson County. He has been a Jennings County resident since 2000.

Military Service: He was a Veteran having served with the US Army during WWII.

Occupation: He retired in 1980 from White Arts Printing Co. of Indianapolis and was also self employed plumber.

Memberships: New Bethel United Methodist Church.

                         Franklin Masonic Lodge # 107 F.& A.M. at Franklin, Indiana.
