Residential: He was born & raised in Whitesburg, Kentucky.
                      He has been a Westport resident since 1961.

Education: Graduated from Whitesburg High School in 1953.

Military Service: He was a Veteran having served with the US Army.

Occupation: He retired in 1989 from Cummins Engine Company after 28 years of service.
                      He worked at Dave’s Service Station in Westport and also did handyman work
                         in the Westport area.

Memberships: Westport Masonic Lodge # 52, F.& A.M.
                           He attended Baptist Churches all of his life.
