HISTORY:

She was an ordained minister.  Her and her husband had pastored several churches. Kokomo, Michigantown & Anderson in Indiana and Logan, West Virginia.  Over the years she has served as a singer, musician, children’s and youth worker in the field of evangelism.

As a speaker and author, she has been writing Christian fiction since 1949.  Her books are widely known and read. The titles are: Eternal Hertiage, Wild Olive, The High Place, Mountain Laurel, Welthy’s Wonderful World and the biography of Dr. D. D. Dickson, MD called “God, and a Family Doctor”.

Memberships: Westport Wesleyan Church

Education: She was a graduate of the Frankfort Pilgrim College, is also a trained practical nurse, having graduated from the Chicago School of Nursing in 1954. In 1956 she received the Alumni Award for distinguished service as a Christian laywoman from the Frankfort Pilgrim College Alumni Association.

               Preceded her in death in December 1993.
