Residential: He was a lifelong resident of Decatur County.

Education: He graduated from Letts High School in 1935.

Military Service: He had served with the US Army Air Corps during WW II with
                               37 months of overseas duty.

Occupation: He was a retired farmer.

                      He had served as a County Commissioner from 1969 until 1976.

                      He had served as President of Indiana Association of Counties.

                      Appointed by Gov. Otis Bowen to HERPIC Board of Purdue University.
                       (HERPIC – Highway Extension & Research Project for Indiana Counties)

                           Greensburg Veteran’s of Foreign Wars Post

                          Kay Nobbe (Husband – Rick) - Greensburg, Indiana
