Residential: Lived most of his life in Westport, Indiana and has been a  Florida resident for the past 20 years. 

Military Service: He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a submariner. 

Occupation: Retired after several years of running his own business, Steamboat Sales, Inc.

                           Westport Baptist Church & First Baptist Church of Marianna

                           Life long Republican

Hobbies: He enjoyed History, Hunting, Fishing, and talking to others.
