Residential: He moved to Indianapolis when he was 6 years old. He has been a Decatur County resident since 1963.

Education: He graduated from Ben Davis High School.

Military Service: He was a Veteran having served his country in the U.S. Army.

Occupation: He owned and operated the Runyan Heating & Cooling for 25 years.

                         He had also worked in the Maintenance Dept. at the Decatur County Memorial Hospital at Greensburg.

                         He had worked at the Marsh Grocery Store.

Memberships: He attended the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church at Millhousen
