Military Service: He was a veteran of the US Army having serving during the Korean War.

Occupation: He was a farmer and a school bus driver for over 20 years for Decatur County School Corporation

Hobbies: He enjoyed NASCAR racing and was a avid Tony Stewart fan and enjoyed camping.
