He drove a School bus for 30 years for South Decatur and
Jackson High Schools.
Education: He graduated from Westport High School in 1938 and he attended Purdue University.
Military Service:
He was a US Army veteran having served with the 717th Tank Battalion
in the
European Theatre during WWII.

Westport Baptist Church where he had served as Trustee and a
Deacon Westport Masonic Lodge # 52 F.& A.M.

He was a past member of the Decatur County Hospital Board.
He was a past President of the Westport Kiwanis Club.
