HISTORY:

Residential: He was raised in Jackson County and had lived in Indianapolis for 45 years. He has been a resident of Greensburg since 1993.

Military Service: He was a veteran having served with the US Army.

Occupation: He had retired from Citizen's Gas Company in 1986 after 31 years of service.  He then worked for Miller Pipe Line for 6 years.

Memberships: American Legion Post #777 in Indianapolis.

Hobbies: Mr. Starr enjoyed wood working and gardening.
