Jerry Wayne Busse, 80, of Greenwood, passed away at 12:40 p.m. on Monday, January 9, 2023, at Community South Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born on February 17, 1942, in Batesville, the son of Ronald Damon and Kathleen Fay (Licking) Busse. He was raised in Decatur County and has resided in North Vernon, Trafalgar and Indianapolis. Survivors include his sister, Judy K. (James) Koontz of Vincennes; his brothers, Jack A. (Cindy) Busse of Indianapolis, Richard (Pam) Busse of The Villages, Florida and, James J. (Cathy) Busse of Chesterton. He was preceded in death by his parents. A graveside funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at the Union Presbyterian Cemetery with Pastor George Willette officiating.
