Margaret "Margie" Willey, 62, of Dugger, Indiana (formerly of Westport) passed away at 10:18 a.m. on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at her residence. She was born on September 22, 1956 in Batesville the daughter of Joe E. and Pauline (Lewis) Taylor. She was raised in New Point and had lived in Westport for many years where she had worked at the Downtown Restaurant. Margaret enjoyed crafts and going to garage sales. She married Weldon Chase "Jack"Willey, II on February 11, 1989 in Greensburg and he survives. Other survivors include her daughters, Amy (Tim) Hobbs and Kim (Kevin) Smith both of Greensburg; son, Jason (Kim) Willey of Greensburg; step-daughters, Misty Willey and Helen Ruth Barger both of Scott County; step-son, Weldon Chase Willey, III of Rush County; sisters, Cynthia Taylor of Salem and Patricia Sue Gilliland of Augusta, Georgia; brother, Robert Taylor of Oldenburg; 14 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and sisters, Carol Taylor and Becky Green. The funeral service will be conducted at 12:00 noon on Monday, November 12, 2018 at Bass & Gasper Funeral Home in Westport with Pastor Todd Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Rockcreek Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society through the funeral home.
