Jeanette Pearl Simmonds, 80, of Greensburg, passed away at 3:50 p.m. on Saturday, May 7, 2022 at her residence. She was born on October 26, 1941 in Russell Springs, Kentucky, the daughter of James Royce and Myrtle Pauline (Kinnett) Grider. She is survived by her son, Roger Hazelgrove of Greensburg; her sisters, Anna Biddinger and Betty Ann Giddings both of Greensburg, Carol Trambly of Lincoln, Nebraska and her brother, Jeff Grider of Greensburg. She was preceded in death by her parents; sons, Ricky Ray Hazelgrove and Carl Hazelgrove; daughter, Sarah Borden. According to Jeanette's wishes she will be cremated and there will be no service or visitation. Bass & Gasper Funeral Home has been entrusted with handling the arrangements.
